We need your help! All of you are vital to the success of our group. We have a very talented staff and are confident that we will have a superb group of performers, however; we cannot do it alone. There are many things that you as a parent of friend can do to help us! - Do you have sewing skills? If you do we have a place for you. We will be in need of you talents all season. I’m sure you are aware that our costumes will need alterations at some point; this is where you come in! We want to take the stress off of our performers; you can help by taking care of our alterations.
- Do you enjoy carpentry? Again, we have a place for you. We plan on presenting a show full of amazing musical moments; we also plan on a stunning set and visual presentation as well. YOU can help us present our show, The Pulse, in a visually dramatic way. Your carpentry skills are very important to us!
- Do you like to cook for large groups? We will have hungry performers, lot of them. This is an easy way for you to help. We will be serving breakfast far approximately 40 people each Sunday morning.
- Does you work place offer matching grants? We are pleased to announce that we are now a 501 (c3) not for profit organization. Any donation made to us is 100% tax deductible! We are working very hard to keep our membership dues as low as possible, while keeping the quality of performance at the highest level possible. The top percussion companies jumped at the chance to provide us with high quality instruments, but they are not free! Our staff volunteers their time to be with, any donation from anywhere would be greatly appreciated.
- Do you have a CDL? We will need a driver for our new semi! It’s not easy to transport over $100, 000 in equipment, we will need an experienced driver on our side!
- Do you simply enjoy the pageantry of WGI? We look forward to a large following at all of our shows. Come see us in the parking lot, come see us inside, cheer loud for your family and friends…let the journey begin!
